Is Hotel Loenfjord open?
Hotel Loenfjord er a summer hotel, and is normally open from May to September. In 2023 we will stay open from April until September (may be subject to change).  

Can I use the swimming pools and spa department at Hotel Alexandra when staying at Hotel Loenfjord?
Alexandra Bath & Spa is reserved for staying guests at Hotel Alexandra. Monday-Thursday until 16:00, non-resident guests are also welcome to book a Spa treatment (except in holidays). Those having treatment can then also use the facilities in Alexandra Bad & Spa. 

We are not staying in the hotel, can we still have lunch or dinner in the a la carte restaurant?
The restaurant is open for everybody. Welcome!

Are there handicap rooms available at the hotel?
Some of our rooms in the category "Double rooms PLUS with balcony and view to river or fjord" are customized for wheelchairs. 

Can I bring a dog?
In some rooms in the category "Double rooms with balcony and fjord view" and "Double rooms with balcony and view to the river" you can bring a dog. The fee is NOK 300,- per dog per night.

Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?
There are 24 charging points for electric cars in the garage by Hotel Alexandra. Read more.

Is Loen Skylift open?
Yes. Opening hours for Loen Skylift are available on this page. Please note that you have to book a table in Hoven Restaurant on beforehand.

Is Via Ferrata Loen open?
Via Ferrata Loen is open from May 1st to October 31st. You will find more information and booking at this page.
